Description of Research
My research in the lipidomic lab focuses on the development of mass spectrometry-based platforms for the coupling of biomarker discovery and quantitative analysis. My project works towards evaluating vinyl ether phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and its biological relevance in traumatic brain injury, in hopes of establishing vinyl ether PE as a potential diagnostic biomarker for brain injury.
