Graduate Institute: Rutgers University and UMDNJ
Research Advisor: Chris Geddes, Ph.D.
Current Position: Postdoctoral Fellow, Johns Hopkins University
Description of Research
My research interests are focused on the use of metal-enhanced fluorescence approaches to address important clinical problems. In particular, I am developing Microwave-Accelerated Metal-Enhanced Fluorescence (MAMEF) assays for detection of bacterial pathogens associated with sexually-transmitted infections (STIs).
